You MUST change your password otherwise you will lose access to your account.

If you are a Mac user, have a CYOD Device or at AT HOME, you can change your password by signing in to Office 365 at http://portal.office.com , clicking your name in the top right-hand corner, then selecting Security & Privacy and clicking "Change Password".

If you are a Windows user, on a YourCompanyName Owned device, press Ctrl-Alt-Del and select "Change a Password".
